1955 Pendrell Street

It appears that 1955 Pendrell Street was a building on the same lot as 1957 Pendrell Street, perhaps at the rear of the property.

Legal Description: District Lot 185, Block 70, Lot 29.

There are no direct references to this property in Heritage Vancouver Society’s database of historic building permits: http://permits.heritagevancouver.org/index.php?cID=1 [searched April 24, 2019].

Vancouver directory listings in 1904 and 1905 showed Alexander Brown living at this address.

Perhaps this building ceased to exist by 1914, when Arthur Henry Bradbury moved a house from 1940 Beach Avenue to Lot 29, where the house became 1957 Pendrell Street. (Further information appears on the pages for 1940 Beach Avenue and 1957 Pendrell Street.

No other information is available for this property.
