In 1937, the house was for sale.
The house continued to offer rental accommodation until the 1960s.
A fire damaged the house in 1962.
By the summer of 1963, a new 10-storey rental apartment building was on the site. It was called “Park Terrace,” and the address was 1914 Robson Street.
