1204 Denman Street was on the east side of Denman Street, south of Davie Street.
The available fire insurance plans do not show an individual building with this address.
A 1929 reference said that the location was “one door from Davie Street.”
There was a small one-storey building attached to the south wall of 1200 Denman Street, and 1204 Denman Street seems to have referred to that building.
There is one reference to this property in Heritage Vancouver Society’s database of historic building permits: http://permits.heritagevancouver.org/index.php?cID=1 [searched February 24, 2020].
