1835 Nelson Street is on the north side of Barclay Street, just west of Denman Street.

This house still exists, along with an addition in the rear. It is an apartment building called the Sen-Nel: http://equitablerealestate.ca/buildings/the-sen-nel/.

By March 1947, the house was for sale at a reduced price. The realtor advertised the possibility of putting another building on the property.
