952 Denman Street was one of three houses near the southeast corner of Denman Street and Barclay Street.

However, in 1954, the houses at 952 Denman Street and 958 Denman Street were gone, and only 944 Denman Street was remaining. It was the site of the Dineland Café.

Since about 1956, a Bank of Montreal building has been on the site of the former 952 Denman Street and 958 Denman Street. The bank’s address is 958 Denman Street.
