Vancouver directory listings from 1911 to 1920.

1911 to 1916 Dowler, Ernest David
1917 to 1918 Maitland, John
1919 to 1923 Maitland, Royal Lethington (son of Robert Reid Maitland)

The house continued as a private home in the 1920s and 1930s.

In the late 1930s, Ernest Wakelin lived in the house.

British Columbia and Yukon Directory, 1939, page 1070 [edited image].

In 1938, Mr. Wakelin obtained a building permit to alter a garage on the property. (The newspaper notice referred to “E.C. Wakelin,” but this appears to be the same person. Also, some members of this family spelled their surname as “Wakelynn.”)

Vancouver Sun, September 1, 1938, page 18, column 5.

By 1942, the house was a rooming house.

British Columbia and Yukon Directory, 1942, page 1275 (Haro Street).

The house was demolished to make way for the Laguna Vista apartment building, which appeared at 2020 Haro Street in 1966.
