Rebecca Blackwood was the widow of Robert Blackwood. She was at 1973 Haro Street in the 1920 Vancouver street directory  (although the name listing showed her at 1955 Haro Street).

She was born in Inverguseran, Inverness, Scotland. Her father was Alexander Cameron; her mother was Mary McIntosh. Her birth date was somewhere between 1811 and 1816.

She came to North America in 1836, first to New York and then to Fingal, in what later became Ontario.

On November 18, 1840, probably in St. Thomas, Elgin County, Ontario, she married Robert Blackwood, who was a merchant. They stayed in Elgin County until at least 1891.

In 1900, Robert and Rebecca were living in Minneapolis, probably with their son, Thomas.
