Legal Description: District Lot 185; Block 71; west half of Lot 6.
The street numbers for 1873 Beach Avenue and 1875 Beach Avenue were out of order, since these properties were west of the higher-numbered properties at 1881 Beach Avenue and 1883 Beach Avenue.
There is one apparent reference to this property in Heritage Vancouver Society’s database of historic building permits: http://permits.heritagevancouver.org/index.php?cID=1 [searched June 19, 2019]. 1873 Beach Avenue also appears to be part of this building.
