1855 Beach Avenue was on the north side of Beach Avenue, between Denman Street and the intersection of Beach Avenue with Morton Avenue.

This lot later became the location of a building that had an address of 1805 Beach Avenue. The businesses that occupied this site included Joy Wheel Fun Factory, Dominion Motor Car Co. Ltd. and  Auto Clearing House.
