Joseph Snider, a used clothing dealer, hired Stanley Heitzeberg Shave (1886-1948) to build the house. Stanley Shave later moved to California, where he continued his career as a builder. He died in 1948.
The Snider family lived in the house through the 1950s.
In June 1955, the house was demolished.
In November 1955, a new apartment building appeared on the property, with an address of 1925 Nelson Street.
The building is called “Park Beach Manor.”
