The family soon expanded to include cousin Gargie who she loved to bits, as she loved us all. Schooled at Kits, Byng and King Ed, she met a boy, Lorne Ryan. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1992. Golden. They had three amazing sons, Mike, Bob (Sue) and David, five wonderful grandchildren, Midori (Jason), Lillie, Max (Maddie), Maja (Brian), Kelsey (Sean) and great-grandchildren Anika and Arna. Peggy lived her life with grace, generosity and optimism (she was married Lorne after all). Qualities to strive for. Here’s to you Gramma. Peggy is predeceased by Lorne, Gargie, David and daughters-in-law Barb and Susan. Ashes to be scattered in front of their beloved former home on Salt Spring. No service by request. P.S. We should mention martinis at the Deep Cover Chalet, Maui, Palm Springs, Harrison Hot Springs, Red Roofs, Hornby, music and more music, Stu and Louise, Betty, Shirley, Rob, Daphne, the Sail Pointe friends and the important people in her childrens’ and grandchildrens’ lives who she made her friends. And bowling.”
