1946 Comox Street was on the south side of Comox Street, in the middle of the block between Gilford Street and Chilco Street. It is in the centre right of the photograph above.

The house continued to offer rental accommodation until the early 1960s.

By 1963, the house was demolished to make way for new construction.

By May 1964, a new rental apartment building had appeared on the site, with an address of 1952 Comox Street.
