Thomas Kitley died at Bath on November 23, 1914.
Thomas’s second wife, Laura, died in Bath in 1939.
Henry Bartlett Kitley
In 1881 and 1891, Henry was living with his parents in Bath. In 1891 he was an upholsterer’s apprentice.
Marriage to Lilian Anstey
In 1900, Henry married Lilian Maude Anstey. She was born in Bath on May 3, 1865. Her parents were Thomas and Eliza Anstey.
In 1901, Henry and Lilian were in Ipswich St. Margaret, Suffolk. Henry was a furnishing salesman. (Nina Marian Trounce was visiting with them. Nina lived at 1012 Denman Street in 1912.)
In 1911, Henry and Lilian were in Ealing, Middlesex.
To Vancouver
In April 1912, Henry and Lilian sailed to Canada on the S.S. Megantic (sometimes called the R.M.S. Megantic).
Henry first appeared in the Vancouver directories in 1913. He was living at 1076 Denman Street, and he was an employee of the Reliance Sash and Door Company.

Her husband and only survivor, Henry B. Kitley, 4463 East [sic: West] Eighth, retired as manager of the picture department of David Spencer Ltd. department store 21 years ago.
Mrs. Kitley was born in Bath, Somerset, England. She was married in 1900.
Service was in Simmons & McBride chapel, Rev. J.W. Robinson officiating. Cremation followed.”
