In 1926, a new house appeared next door to 1891 Barclay Street. It was on lot 30, and the street address was 1879 Barclay Street.

  1. Water permit no. 3522 issued October 19, 1898 to W. T. Hutchins. There will be no building permit issued/available, as the building permitting process for Vancouver began January 1901.
