1872 Beach Avenue was on the south side of Beach Avenue, east of Gilford Street.

According to the Vancouver directory, William C. Heilbron lived at this address in 1904.

In July 1904, the contents of the house were for sale by auction.

By about 1910, the house was gone, and the property was part of the beachfront of English Bay beach.
