1882 Beach Avenue was on the south side of Beach Avenue, between Denman Street and Gilford Street.

Legal description: District Lot: 185; Block, lot 33.

There are no references to this property in Heritage Vancouver Society’s database of historic building permits: http://permits.heritagevancouver.org/index.php?cID=1[searched March 13, 2019].

According to the Vancouver directory, William C. Heilbron was at this address in 1903, and D. J. McDonald was at this address in 1904.

By about 1910, the house was gone, and the property was part of the beachfront of English Bay beach.
