William Henry Rigby was a fish dealer and butcher. He lived at 1813 Morton Avenue in 1920.

William Henry Rigby was born in Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, on August 20, 1882. His father was William Henry Rigby. His mother was Phoebe.

William married Annie Broadbrook Maybury. She was born in Youghal on August 21, 1876. Her father was Charles John Maybury (1842-1900).

It appears that William and Annie did not have any children.
