2015 Beach Avenue first appeared in the Vancouver directories in 1948. The lot had been vacant until then.
Legal Description: District Lot 185; Block 71; Lot 15.
First Occupants
The first occupants of the house were Fernand Robert Niklaus (1899-1978) and his wife, Muriel Kathleen Boynton (1903-1987).
New Building
In the late 1970s, a developer proposed a new building for the site. At least one neighbour objected to the new development.
By 1981, apartments in the new building were for sale.
