In 1931, the house was for sale.
In 1934, the house was again for sale, although the owner later took it off the market.
Later in 1934, the contents of the house were for sale by auction.
In later years, the house continued to offer rental accommodation.
In the summer of 1964, the furniture from the house was for sale.
The house was demolished to make way for the Laguna Vista apartment building, which appeared at 2020 Haro Street in 1966.
