By 1930, the property appeared in the Vancouver directories as 1896 West Georgia Street. A series of confectioneries and cafes carried on business at this location.
In the 1960s and 1970s, a boat sales business was operating at this site.
In 1986, a scooter-rental business was at this location. The property was for sale.
The property later became part of the garden area at the Lord Stanley apartment hotel.
