Frank Logg was born in Ontario about 1871. The names of his parents are not available.
In 1891 he was living in New Westminster, British Columbia, and working as a tailor.
He first appeared in the Vancouver directories in 1902. He was living at 727 Richards Street. He lived at the following addresses in Vancouver.
