Charles E. Jennings was the operator of a sporting goods store. He lived at 1800 Georgia Street in 1913. (He did not appear in the Vancouver directories in any other years.)

In 1911, a C. E. Jennings was associated with the Vancouver Y.M.C.A.  (It is not certain that this is the same Mr. Jennings.)
