Holly Lodge is a six storey apartment building at the southeast corner of Jervis Street and Davie Street. The street address is currently 1210 Jervis Street.
Legal Description: District Lot 185; Block 38; Lots 6 and 7.
In 1901 and 1903 the property was vacant.
The San Francisco architectural firm of Wright, Rushforth and Cahill was responsible for the design of Holly Lodge. (Most sources have concluded that Bernard Cahill (1866-1944) was the primary designer of Holly Lodge.)
In late 1909 the firm established a branch in Vancouver.
On April 20, 1910 Wright, Rushforth and Cahill obtained a permit to build an apartment building at the corner of Jervis Street and Davie Street.
