1989 Beach Avenue

1989 Beach Avenue was on the north side of Beach Avenue, between Gilford Street and Chilco Street.

1989 Beach Avenue did not appear as an individual address on the available maps and plans.

It may have been part of the house at 1985-1987 Beach Avenue.

More likely, it was an alternative address for the small house at 1994 Pendrell Street, which later became known as 1964 Pendrell Street.

William Stanley Berryman appeared at both 1989 Beach Avenue and 1994 Pendrell Street in the 1914 Vancouver directory.
