1863 Morton Avenue appears to be an alternative address or an error for 1842 Pendrell Street.

1863 Morton Avenue appeared in the 1909 Vancouver directory. The resident at this address was Charles Conley.

Henderson’s City of Vancouver and North Vancouver Directory, 1909, page 349.

However, the names listing for Charles Conley showed him also at 1842 Pendrell Street.

A similar issue arose from 1910 to 1913, when the directories showed Charles Conley at both 1842 Pendrell Street and 1841 Morton Avenue.
