There is one reference to this property in Heritage Vancouver Society’s database of historic building permits: http://permits.heritagevancouver.org/index.php?cID=1 [searched January 31, 2019]. Presumably it relates to the small building at the northeast corner of Lot 27 (above).

The house was later a private residence and a rooming house.The house was still on the property until the mid-1960s.
By November 1967 an apartment building called Barclay Place was on the site.
