By the time of the 1901 Canada census, Henry and Margaret were living at Duhamel, which is south of Camrose, Alberta.

In 1906, Margaret’s mother, Matilda, was living with the family in Strathcona, Alberta.

In 1911, the Ireland family was living at 114 East Fifth Avenue in Calgary, Alberta. Henry was working as a church janitor. (The census record omitted Henry’s surname, so he appeared as “Henry Stanley.” The census also recorded the other family members with “Stanley” as their surname.)

On June 15, 1929, in Vancouver, she married Adam Ivor Richardson. He was born in England about 1908. His parents were Edward Alexander Richardson and Everilda Agnes Dundas.
