8 thoughts on “Almond, Henry Elston (1876-1929)

  1. The mother of Henry Elston Almond (b. 1876) was Sarah Taylor who died when he was aged two.
His father then married Sarah Jane Sackston, a widow, whose maiden surname was Wise: she was therefore Henry’s stepmother.

      1. Hello Jack,

I’m sorry, but I haven’t been able to locate any religious or ethnic background on the Wise family.

        Robert

  2. Henry Elston Almond died in January 1929. He cannot have died again in July, as stated in your article. And the name of the city is Vancouver, not “Vancovuer”.
