I added a new page on Claude Higginson Waters. He was a real estate broker, insurance agent, post office worker, mining broker and trade union negotiator. He lived at 913 Denman Street in 1918 and 1919. He later lived at 786 Gilford Street from 1933 to 1966.

He later became an industrialist. He served as the lieutenant-governor of British Columbia from 1936 to 1941.
