Thomas Marcus Mcauliffe lived at 750 Denman Street from 1906 to 1925.

Later the house was a private residence. It also offered rental accommodation from time to time.

In 1942, the house was for sale.

New Address Numbers

At some point (possibly in the mid-1970s) the City of Vancouver changed the street numbering for parts of this block. However, 750 Denman Street retained its original address.
