Zachariah Simpson, Senior, was a tailor and boat-builder who lived on Beach Avenue from about 1890 to 1910.

Simpson’s Boat House was a boat rental business on the shore of English Bay.

 

Simpson Block (Simpson Apartment Building)

The Simpson Block was a four-storey apartment building at the northeast corner of Denman Street and Davie Street.
