I updated the page on Sir Charles Hibbert Tupper, who was a lawyer and politician. He lived at 2050 Barclay Street from 1899 to about 1924. I added a brief biography of him and his family, along with references.

Vancouver as it Was [https://vanasitwas.wordpress.com/] has an article describing a photograph of Sir Charles Hibbert Tupper inspecting Girl Guides: https://vanasitwas.wordpress.com/2016/01/01/sir-charles-tupper-the-object-of-fearless-loathing/.
