I added a new page on Dee Clifford Pennington. He was a bookkeeper and clerk for the railroad contracting company of Foley, Welch and Stewart. He was also the chief clerk for railroad contractor Patrick Welch (1859-1929).

He often went by the name of D.C. Pennington. He lived at 2057 Pendrell Street in 1917.

After 1918 he was an employee of the J.L. Hudson department store in Detroit, Michigan.
